Quality

lrqa-with-ukasTracsis strives to achieve the highest possible quality assurance standards for transport surveys, data capture and data entry. We pride ourselves in being able to offer highly competitive pricing with the highest standards of work.

Bringing together 45 years’ experience of transport survey techniques and data capture and a network of offices in London, Wales, Midlands, the North of England, Scotland and Ireland we are pleased to be able to offer a complete managed solution of the highest quality. We believe that our skills, knowledge and experience provide a professional, responsive and cost effective service unmatched elsewhere.

Quality of reporting and data integrity are at the heart of all our operations and to maintain and progress our standards in this we have ISO9001:2008 and a full time Quality, Environment and Health & Safety Manager.

Focus on Error Rate reduction

Tracsis uses these skills and resources in the management of all its projects to ensure our clients receive the levels of quality demanded by the contract. We take pride in our attention to data verification, double keying ‘critical’ fields agreed during the project scoping exercise as a minimum although we have the resource and capability to double key as many fields as you require.

Our approach is tailored to our clients based on their individual requirements, enabling us to customise the service. During the project scoping exercise, we identify as many predefined fields and field validations that can be used and during the data capture process we benefit from useful formulae and look ups to reduce the risk of error during the collecting stage.

During the one-to-one consultation we can advise you of the proven and most robust methods for capturing your required type of data and the associated costs of these methods with the expected accuracy on the agreed approach.
