In recent years, Tracsis has successfully been through many changes and restructures as part of its acquisitive journey and to streamline operational delivery and process. In January 2023, Tracsis Traffic Data and Tracsis Events joined forces due to having similar operational profiles and resource requirements. As part of this, the core operational teams remained as separate entities, but were supported by a newly formed set of support functions spanning both businesses, such as IT, HR, Logistics, Training, Staffing, and Business Development.
As the business has grown in size, we have seen ourselves being able to offer a wider range of services delivered to a higher standard. This has meant that we have delivered many more projects as a collaborative team with our clients, rather than a bottom of the ladder subcontractor, which is common, particularly in the transportation data industry. In recent years we’ve brought in key personnel to help support clients and respond to their needs faster, with Ricky Dewitt in the Midlands, and Stefan Godson in the North of England, as well as introduced some new positions in our Operations team as Project Account Managers (PAMs), spanning the gap between the Ops and BD team and giving clients a 1-2-1 service.
It is through this that the BD team has rebranded itself to better describe what we do and what we offer for our clients:
A partnership approach with a focus on quality and a long-lasting relationship
Collaboration and ongoing support rather than a quick sale
No hard sells, just accurate information provided for our clients to decide for themselves
A personal approach, there when you need us.
As of 1st August, a number of role titles will come in to affect to reflect this:
Stefan Godson will become Client Partnerships Executive (previously BD Exec)
Ricky Dewitt will become Client Partnerships Manager (previously BD Manager)
Nick Mather will lead the overall team as Strategic Partnerships Director (previously BD Director)
All other job titles will remain unchanged.
Nick Mather commented on the team rebrand:
“This has been a while in coming and is truly a better representation of what the team does as a whole. We are not here to sell a product or service and take the cash and run, we build long lasting and meaningful relationships with our clients who often come back for more and that is testament to the team and our ethos. We listen to our clients problems and find solutions to fix that problem, as well as be a sounding board, for good and for bad, whenever its required. We are a personable bunch from top to bottom and we pride ourselves on happy clients, our Client Satisfaction Data speaks for itself. I am very excited to lead the team into this era and look forward to future successes together.”
