Client-focussed Communications Day

05 February 19

Bright and cool location

Our divisional Comms Day was based at York Racecourse this year with the whole business meeting to improve our internal communications and learn new skills. This annual event has proved a great investment of time, re-focussing our people on the best client experience we can deliver. We also celebrated 2018 successes with awards for exceptional customer focus.

Learning from each other

If you want to be the best at what you do you have to pick the right people with a mix of talents, that work as a team and learn new skills that keep them ahead of the competition.

The Comms Day is all about putting that into practice for our rapidly expanding teams across all our businesses. We know that our clients work with us on a long term basis (many for over 10 years) and that is because of this focus on developing technology and people skills to improve the client experience.

Some of the new businesses joined Tracsis as recently as December 2018 so this was the first opportunity for some people to meet up and share ideas and skills.

Inclusive not exclusive

The 2-day event allows everyone in the business to attend, from our technicians and field staff to office-based teams and operational people.

The days are focussed on information sharing, presentations from experts from around our teams, discussing the values that we share as a business along with some fun team building as well!

Awards across the businesses

Prizes were awarded across the whole division, all centred on people who delivered great service for our clients whether from behind the scenes or out in the field.
