New London Customer Support Office

Tracsis Traffic and Data Services have opened a new office in London to support our clients in the south east of the UK as our business expands.

Thanks to our long standing relationships with clients our business has grown by over 70% during the last 3 years and this is our third office move. As well as providing a base for our traffic survey specialists and transport data analysts, the new London office has been designed to support our clients with meeting rooms and technology for the planning and review of projects.  We now have a team of 30 people in the south east supporting major clients across public transport networks, local government and private sector customers.

Your first point of contact for planning and pricing traffic data projects is our team of 8 Project Managers. We also have 4 dedicated analysts in London and the whole team is supported by other specialists from our Tadcaster head office and other regional teams.

Client Facilities

Our London office is here to support our clients. There is a large meeting room with full length glass window offering views over the Mews. A separate, split level break-out area with IT facilities and seating can be used by staff and clients alike. In all areas of the office, we have widescreen display facilities, enabling planning briefings and services presentations. We have invested heavily in new IT infrastructure including fibre broadband for the fastest possible data transfer speeds for clients.
